THE SCOPE OF WORK APPROVED IN THIS DEMOLITION PERMIT IS LIMITED TO INTERIOR ONLY.? NO EXTERIOR WORK INVOLVING EXTERIOR WALL REMOVAL OR ANY OTHER OUTSIDE WORK THAT WOULD CREATE EARTH DISTURBANCE OR RUNOFF ARE PERMITTED IN THIS DEMOLITION PERMIT.? THIS PERMIT COVERS INTERIOR ONLY DEMOLITION THE PROJECT PROPOSES A RENOVATION TO THE EXISTING BUILDING FOR DC PREP. THE BUILDING WAS ORIGINALLY A WAREHOUSE, BUT PREVIOUSLY CONVERTED TO A SCHOOL. THIS RENOVATION WILL CREATE A COURTYARD AT THE CENTER OF THE SCHOOL AND A GYM (TWO LEVEL CLEAR SPACE). A SMALL ADDITION WILL BE ADDED AT THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING IN THE EXISTING PARKING LOT. A PORTION OF THE BUILDING TO THE NORTH WILL BE REMOVED TO ALLOW FOR AN OVERHANG TO BE INSTALLED FOR MORE CLEAR SPACE FOR PICKUP/DROP OFF. ***THE PURPOSE OF THIS PERMIT IS FOR DEMOLITION WORK ONLY.
