Replace unit 4 TPO Flat Roof approx 550 SF - 10 year workmanship warranty- Remove 1-2 rows of existing siding around entire roof/wall intersection Tear-off all layers of existing roofing materials down to the substrate Remove existing privacy fence Inspect substrate for deteriorated wood and replace as needed Install new 1/8 per LF tapered poly ISO insulation panels and secure with insulation panels and drill point screws Install new 60 mil TPO membrane over the entire replacement area and approx 6 to 12 inches up side wallsInstall new termination bar along side walls and apply sealant to termination bar Install new scupper Reinstall existing siding or install new siding as neededReplace rotted siding corners where fence is attachedReinstall existing privacy fenceRemove 1-2 rows of existing siding around roof/wall intersection of repair area Tear-off all layers of roofing materials down to the substrate located in repair areaInspect substrate for deteriorated wood and replace as needed Install new 1/8 per LF tapered poly ISO insulation panels and secure with insulation panels and drill point screwsInstall new 60 mil TPO membrane over the entire replacement area and approx 6 to 12 inches up side walls. Replace rotted siding corners where privacyfence is attached. Remove and dispose of existing platform deck. Furnish and install parapet wall to separate TPO andDecTec membranes.
