Home was built in the 1930s and we have lived here since 2020. There was a fence at some point between our home at 6101 North Dakota Ave NW and our neighbors at 125 Quackenbos St NW, but at this point only chain link fence in the front yard and very rear of the yard remains. We are putting in 154 total linear feet privacy fence 6 feet high between our two yard. There will be 2 single gates with 4 feet opening on either side of our house and 1 double gate with an 8 feet opening at the rear alley.
