Tuckpoint front [West facing] fa?ade Replace sandstone lintel with limestoneDemolish and remove existing concrete walkway in front of private residence in its entirety Demolish entry stair and retaining walls supporting the entry landing.Demolish and remove existing concrete landing in front entrance of private residence Excavate for and pour footings for new retaining walls at property lines and at head of stairs to support new concrete landing Build 6 block retaining walls, rodded and grouted, to support new landing platform. Continue South retaining wall to the height of the pre-existing railing, reusing original face brick Form and pour 6 thick slab and concrete stairs replacing the existing, dimensioned according to plan. Finish to be exposed aggregate. Complete cheek walls of brick to match existing, and use existing brick to complete columns at the head of the stairs. Install new limestone pillars and cap stone as necessary to reproduce balustrade to match the original.Remove existing iron railings adjacent to existing steps; set aside for reinstallation OR any new railings/ironwork to be completed by others per separate agreement at additional costExcavate the entire front area approximately 3-4 inches below current level and grade for appropriate drainage. Form and pour new concrete walkway with exposed brick aggregate.
