Source description
On both the left and right side of my home, set further than 25 feet from the street on the front side of my home (i.e. outside of the building restriction zone) I want to build wooden fence gates and posts. These fence posts and gates will not be attached to or touching either of the side fences that already lie on the border between my property and my neighbors' properties on either side. The new fence posts and gates on each side of the home will be set behind the front facade/wall of the home (i.e. further from the street than the front wall of the home). The gates will swing open inwards towards the back yard. On one side the gates will be 7 feet in length and on the other side 6 feet in length. The height of the fence posts and gates will be around 6 feet. I (Benjamin Master) am the co-owner of the home along with my wife Beverly Fang, which we hold in our joint trust.
