Source description
Alterations to existing Norwegian Embassy office building including public entrance, partitions, new elevator, associated MEP. Alterations to existing ambassador residence to remove a one story structure and remodel existing kitchen. Addition of new garden building, 4,272 SF. ****DEMO, ALTERATION LEVEL 2, ELEVATOR, ADDITION Use of sidewalk 24 hours per day to stage equipment and laydown area to complete building footings. Existing fenceline to be extended to curb to pour new sitewall footings that abut the existing sidewalk. Once sitewall footings are poured, demo and reconstruct sidewalk to complete streetscape work. Curb lane for staging trucks and concrete pump truck during work hours. Additional after hours permit to apply for nighttime work. Use of parking lane to stage one 30 yard roll off debris container for 24hrs per day
