Fill in with Brick 6 deteriorating window openings on a secondary side wall. The window openings are no longer windows - have interior walls inside them when converted to condos in 1980's and shutters/louvres installed on outside. The shutters/louvres are deteriorating and allowing water entry inside the exterior brick wall.
