THIS WILL MAINTAIN THE MASONRY STAIR TOWER, THE NEW STEEL STAIRS AND ELEVATOR USING PREVIOUSLY APPROVED DETAILS WITH ACCESSIBILITY TO ALL LEVELS. RELOCATION OF THE NEW BACK (EAST) STAIRS FROM THE NORTH SIDE TO THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE CENTER DEMISING WALL. THIS WILL IMPROVE THE TRAVEL DISTANCE BETWEEN ELEVATOR AND STAIRS AS PER PLANS. EXISTING OCCUPANCY GROUP B. NO CHANGES TO THE EXISTING OCCUPANCY. TYPES III-A AND IV CONSTRUCTION.
