Replace rotted window trims, sills and moldings on the lower floors facing Mass Av and on the rear bay window. Chip off and repair all damages on the concrete windowsills and lintels as needed. Replace the rotted wood panels on 453 side, then caulk, prepare and paint them to match original color.
