Source description
minor changes -Front first floor porch and stair way case needs new stair tread and landing tread wood replacement. Old wood are chipping and falling off. When you sit on the steps you get splinter stuck in pants. I have a mini fence that is in the front is about up to my knee needs to be replace. It was made out of wood and painted. I wanted to replace those. It looks old.
