Remove existing porch railings and replace. Replace all existing gutters downspouts. Replace front railings with white composite vinyl railings in similar style. Replace facial and suffix board. Install new step rails. Repair concrete crack on porch using reinforced tape on all cracks on top and side of porch and apply concrete coatings to porch Rebuilt concrete steps and walkway – apply concrete coating
