Remove and rebuild existing roof deck in the same size and layout. Install new pressure-treated framing, double 2x10 beam, 2x8 PT joists with galvanized hangers, Trex Select composite decking, and Trex Select black aluminum railings. Existing support posts to remain and be inspected for code compliance. No increase in deck size, footprint, or occupancy. Work to be performed in accordance with submitted stamped plans.
