The new owner purchased the property and intends to apply for permits in good faith to bring the unit up to code. A stop work order was placed on the door in November 2025, followed by a letter received on November 20th, 2025. The new owner contacted ISD and was instructed to have the previous contractor cancel their permit application. The original permit was withdrawn on January 15th, 2026. The owner has documented the timeline of all events and will deliver it to ISD “.
