THE EXISTING BUILDING IS A FULLY SPRINKLERED BUILDING. WORK SCOPE FOR THIS PROJECT INCLUDES MINIMAL DEMOLITION OF EXISTING MEP. NEW CONSTRUCTION CONSISTS OF CEILINGS. NEW LABORATORY EQUIPMENT AND CASEWORK WILL BE INSTALLED IN THE LABORATORY SPACE. THE DISTRIBUTION OFTHE EXISTING BUILDING SYSTEMS WILL BE MODIFIED TO COORDINATE WITH THE NEW LAYOUT AND CURRENT LIFE SAFETY CODE.
