Source description
** Remove copper hip metal and save. ** Remove first (7) courses of slate from the perimeter of main slate roof and save. ** Remove snow gates in the front and right side of house on slate roof and save. ** Lay down ice and water shield 72 inches up from edge of roof and over top of fascia board. ** Install (approximately 132 feet) of new 16 oz. copper 8 inch drip edge metal. ** Allowance of 60 new slates only for damaged and or broken slates. ** Install existing saved slates. ** Install existing saved snow gates. ** Install existing saved copper hip metal. ** Remove first (3) courses of cedar shingle at sidewalls of lower shingle roofs. ** Remove asphalt shingles at sidewalls of all (3) lower shingle roofs and save. ** Remove sidewall step flashings. ** Lay down ice and water shield on exposed roof deck and up sidewalls. ** Install existing saved shingles with new step flashings. ** Install a new lead counter flashing detail at the top of lower shingle roofs. ** Install new Broan roof vent on lower right roof. ** Remove all job related debris from site.
