Scope of work to include the following: demo kitchen ceiling to strapping, remove kitchen cabinets, floor tile and existing interior trim; demo bathroom ceiling and walls to studs and subfloor; frame new walls per drawings; wire kitchen  and bathroom to code and lighting  plans; plumb kitchen and bathroom to code and plans; insulate bathroom exterior wall; install ½’ blueboard and plaster on bathroom walls and kitchen ceiling; remove kitchen wallpaper, patch walls; install cabinets per plan; replace bathroom door and swing, replace hardware; install new flat casings on existing kitchen doors and window openings; build built-ins between pantry and entry doors; tile shower walls, shower floor, and bathroom floor; install 3.25 oak flooring, sand, seal with two coats of polyurethane; paint new work with Benjamin Moore or equal; install hood vent, set appliances; install hardware.
