Reconstruct four newly renovated dorm suites, consisitng of fthree to four bedrooms and a common room each. there is one suite on each of the 4th, 3rd, 2nd and 1st floors one directly above the other.  There was a fire/smokke in one of the 4th floor bedrooms that caused the sprinklers to go off and water damage the ceilings, floors and walls of the suites below.We will re-construct according to the plans used for thebuilding  renovation completed less than a year ago.Reconstruction consist of new fire code dry wall on the bottom of all wood floor joists, and then fire taped.Insalling thenew meatal framing where missing for the drywallceilings, and double layer of dry wall on all walls.  New wood flooring will be provided and installed. door, window and base boardtim will be reinstalled.all woker to be painted and finished as new.
