rennovate kitchen, add bath on 2nd floor, renovate existing bath. replace windows ( already discussed with historial) relocate 4 windows at rear of house. Replace boiler, remove/ repair plaster walls and ceiling in 2 rooms where failing. Insulate walls where possible. add some led recessed lights in 4 rooms. Repair main staircase and railings that are missing ballusters. Repair roof. Remove vinyl siding on side of house and replace with new clapboard. Repair entry stair.
