LANDING FLOOR JOIST PLACED 16" O.C. AND EACH SUPPORTED WITH 2X8 JOIST HANGERS ON BOTH ENDS. FLOORS MADE OF 5/4 IN. X 6 IN. X 16 FT. GROUND CONTACT PRESSURE-TREATED PREMIUM SOUTHERN YELLOW PINE DECKING BOARDS. (2) BAND BOARD FOR EACH LANDING WILL ACT AS A BEAM AND SIT ON A 6 X 6 P.T. POST SUPPORT LUMBER NOTCHED AND ANCHORED WITH (2) 1/2" LAG BOLTS. EACH POST SUPPORT WILL SIT ON 14" SUNOTUBE WITH 48" DEPTH AND ANCHORED USING GALVANIZED STANDOFF COLUMN BASE FOR 6X6 NOMINAL LUMBER AND MANUFACTURED SPECIFIED BOLTS. GROUND LANDING WILL BE CONSTRUCTED OF 4FT X 4FT X 8" CONCRETE STAIRS TO AND FROM EACH LANDING WILL BE CONSTRUCTED WITH (2) 2X12 P.T. AS STRINGERS WITH 6" RISERS AND 2 IN. X 12 IN. X 16 FT. PRIME GROUND CONTACT PRESSURE-TREATED LUMBER AS TREADS. RAILINGS WILL BE 36" HIGH AND MADE OF WHITE POLYCOMPOSITE VINYL. AS PER PLANS AND AS PER CODE.
