plumbing and gas for whole home remodel: rough-in and trim-out of the following contractor provided fixtures (including shower valves): • first floor: powder room: toilet, single vanity. cap all plumbing in walls for existing powder room. new vent to be run from new powder room location in existing closet in front of basement stairs to be run through roof. drain to run from new location through bulkhead in basement up to 45’ to tie-in to existing 3” stack. water line to tie-in to hot and cold supply in basement ceiling up to 50’. kitchen: kitchen sink drain and faucet, garbage disposal, dishwasher, water line for refrigerator, water line for icemaker, gas range. cap all plumbing for existing bar sink in wall or floor. install new 2” drain for kitchen sink through floor into drop ceiling in basement to run across ceiling up to 25’ to tie-in to existing 3” stack above gas meter. cap existing copper drain line for kitchen sink to remain to be utilized to continue to serve laundry as dry vent only. install new 2” vent to tie-in to new powder room vent. water will be tied in to nearest hot and cold water lines currently available to kitchen. relocate existing black steel natural gas line up to 30’ for new range location. laundry room: laundry sink drain and faucet. no changes to existing rough-in/trim-out only. connect new washer machine to existing stand pipe for drain and washer box. • second floor: guest bath: single vanity drain and faucet. no changes to existing roughin/trim-out only. • third floor: hall bath: single vanity drain and faucet. no changes to existing rough-in/trim-out only. all work will be done according to baltimore city code.
