SCOPE OF WORK: ----- INTERIOR ALTERATIONS -------- - Interior (Category 1) demolition. Perform a full interior demolition, removing all existing drywall throughout the house. - Add a new half-bathroom on the main floor with framing and rough-ins for a sink, toilet, and lighting, without altering any existing structural elements. - Install a new kitchen with white cabinets, countertops, and updated finishes. - Install new drywall on all levels (first, second, and third floors). - Renovate three bathrooms: one half-bath on the first floor, and two full bathrooms on the upper floors with new vanities, lighting fixtures, tubs, and wall tile. - Replace all interior bedroom doors using existing openings. - Install new LVP flooring, baseboards, and trims throughout. - Prime and paint the entire interior. No structural modifications will be made. ------- EXTERIOR ALTERATIONS ------- - Replace ten existing windows with new, energy-efficient units of the same size and style (no structural changes).
