*Remove all materials on existing deck steps. *Proposal includes installation of (10) 8-Step stringers placed 10" on center across new deck steps. *Roof Right to attach new deck boards and risers with Coated Deck Screws. *New deck stairs will be Timbertech composite decking *New risers will be pressure treated 1"X8" lumber. New risers will run behind new deck steps and sit on top of new stringers. * New white vinyl railing. ADA railing on 1 side of stairs. As per plans and as per code.
