Painting exterior trim rear of building, removing and replacing exterior storm door. ATP has already been signed off on. Approved as per CHAP Authorization to Proceed. Complete the following work on the rear: At the basement, clean the basement stairwell entryway and decking structure at grade using the gentlest means possible, such as a low-pressure water spray (100-400 psi), mild detergent, and natural-bristle hand brushes. Repair the concrete stairwell with patching, piecing-in, and/or consolidation methods. At the 1 st floor, replace the screen door with one black full-lite aluminum storm. Replace the door trim with black PVC door trim to match trim at 625 S. Sharp Street. At the basement, prime and paint the stairwell white. At 1 st nd rd , 2 , and 3 floors, prime and paint the door trim, window trims, window frames, rooftop deck railings, parapet, gutters and downspout black. Complete the following sitework: At the garden lamp post, replace the light with one 16” globe exterior free-standing lighting fixture. All work to be completed as per information/plans/specs in CHAP files except where this ATP supersedes.
