RAILINGS TO BE MADE OF WOOD OR WOOD/VINYL COMPOSITE MATERIAL (SEE PLANS IN CHAP FILES FOR MORE INFORMATION). • REPLACE REAR WINDOWS WITH PELLA RESERVE, TRADITIONAL DOUBLE HUNG WINDOWS. ALL WINDOWS TO FIT THE ORIGINAL WINDOW OPENING (TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE STUCCO). SEE SPECIFICATIONS IN CHAP’S FILES FOR MORE INFORMATION. • REPLACE ROOF.
